What you will do

Own the design, development, testing and iteration of our AI application backend — landing AI capability against real business needs so the system runs efficiently, stably and scalably, and turning technical prototypes into production applications. You should be able to deliver an AI backend module end to end on your own.
Develop and maintain existing AI systems and components across Java, Python and TypeScript: refactoring, bug fixes, performance tuning and compatibility work that keeps everything running smoothly.
Develop, wrap and debug AI-related interfaces. Integrate with LLM APIs, embed AI capability deeply into business systems, and handle call-path exceptions and fault tolerance so interfaces stay stable and low-latency.
Contribute to prompt engineering — design and refine prompts for real business scenarios, and use techniques such as SSE to improve the AI interaction experience.
Work with frontend, foundation-model and product teams on requirements, technical design reviews and project delivery, unblocking hard technical problems along the way.
Run day-to-day backend operations: monitoring and alerting, incident playbooks, fast response to production issues, and continuous work on performance, security and maintainability.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree or above from a leading university (985/211), or a Master's degree, with strong fundamentals. 1+ years of backend experience; AI application backend experience preferred, AI-native application experience a plus.
Strong command of at least one of Java / Python / TypeScript, and comfortable maintaining a mixed stack; solid data structures, multithreading and design patterns, with real care for code quality and conventions.
Familiar with one or more mainstream backend frameworks across Java / Python / TypeScript, fluent with an ORM, and able to design and build APIs following RESTful principles. Full-stack ability is a plus.
Experience with Prompt Engineering, MCP / A2A projects is a plus. Understanding of LLM techniques (RAG, agentic frameworks) and hands-on LLM API integration is preferred.
Experience with AI coding tools — Claude Code, Cursor, OpenClaw — is a plus.
Genuine interest in AI, initiative to pick up new technology, and attention to what is happening at the frontier of AI application development. Good communication, teamwork and ownership.
